How it Works

The tool has the ability to import PST to the mailbox of live Exchange Server database. The software provides facility to search PST file in Exchange Server network and easily merges PST to EDB for bulk conversion. To make the better understanding about this tool, you should also check out the steps mentioned below:

STEP 1: Launch Exchange Import

Launch Exchange Importer Wizard & Click on Add File Option

STEP 2: Browse PST File

Now Browse PST File within the local system

STEP 3: Add File or Add Folders

Click on "Next" button to Add PST File within the tool.

STEP 4: Provide Exchange Credentials

Now Provide Admin login credentials & an Active Directory IP & Exchange Server IP details to access Exchange user mailboxes.

STEP 6: Authenticate User Details

Now Provide User Name & Password to authenticate user details and to continue the process of import.

STEP 7: Import Desired Mailbox Items

Now Outlook user can select the Desired Mailbox items such as Emails, Contacts, Calendar section from Preview Pane of software to import in Exchange along with different filters.

STEP 8: Start Import Process

Select Mailbox Items and click on "Import" button.

A User can view live progress report of moving Exchange mailboxes items to PST format

STEP 10: Preview PST Details in Exchange

Now Preview Details of PST File in Exchange Environment using Outlook Web Access.
